Customer Terms

AskAhead is operated by Lopez Digital LLC. These terms apply when a customer uses an AskAhead business page or sends a quote request.

AskAhead’s role

AskAhead is not the local service provider and is not a party to any agreement between a customer and provider. AskAhead hosts provider pages and organizes information customers choose to send.

A quote request is not a booking, price guarantee, or promise of availability. AskAhead does not guarantee provider identity, licensing, insurance, workmanship, conduct, response time, pricing, or availability.

Confirm service terms with the provider

Before booking, customers should confirm what's included, the final price, schedule, access requirements, cancellation rules, deposits, payment method, licensing, insurance, and any warranty directly with the provider.

AskAhead does not process customer payments, deposits, refunds, escrow, or provider payouts. Customers pay providers directly under the terms they agree with those providers.

Your request and communications

Information submitted must be accurate and lawful. Sending a request authorizes the selected provider to contact you about that request. It does not authorize unrelated marketing or automated promotional messages.

AskAhead is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, use AskAhead only with a parent or guardian.

Photos and other content

You may submit only content you own or have permission to share. If a photo shows another person, customer vehicle or property, license plate, third-party mark, or other protected material, you confirm that you have permission to share it with AskAhead and the selected provider for this request.

Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unnecessarily sensitive content. AskAhead does not use customer request photos in unrelated advertising without separate permission.

Safety, removal, and availability

AskAhead may reject, remove, suspend, preserve, or restrict content or requests when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, rights protection, or service operation.

AskAhead is provided as available. We do not guarantee leads, bookings, provider conduct, uninterrupted service, or the accuracy of information supplied by customers, providers, or third parties.

Liability and disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskAhead is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. AskAhead’s aggregate liability arising from the customer service will not exceed $100. Some laws do not permit every limitation, so you may have additional rights.

Arizona law governs these terms. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

AskAhead may update these terms prospectively. The version shown and recorded when a request is submitted applies to that submission. Material changes will be identified with a new effective date.
