Provider Terms
Effective July 26, 2026 · Version 2026-07-26.2
These terms govern the business account, provider profile, quote tools, and subscription you use through AskAhead.
Operator and service
AskAhead is operated by Lopez Digital LLC. These terms govern provider use of AskAhead business pages, quote-request software, account tools, and related support.
Authority and account
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these terms for the business connected to your AskAhead account.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it.
Profile and provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, services, prices, availability, media, and claims.
AskAhead organizes quote requests and communications but is not the service provider, employer, insurer, licensing authority, or party to any agreement between a provider and customer.
- Do not misrepresent pricing, services, licensing, insurance, reviews, or verification status.
- Use only media and business information you own or have permission to publish.
- Respond honestly and comply with laws and professional obligations that apply to your services.
Customer information and communications
Customer information may be used only to evaluate and respond to the quote request, provide the requested service, handle related support, or meet legal obligations.
A quote request is not permission to add a customer to marketing lists. Marketing messages and automated texts require separate consent where applicable.
Billing and automatic renewal
The price shown immediately before checkout automatically renews each month until cancelled. By accepting these terms and completing checkout, you authorize AskAhead and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring monthly fees and applicable taxes.
Qualifying independent businesses may be offered the limited $29 monthly Founding rate after approving their page. That rate stays with the original paid subscription while it remains active. The standard provider rate is $49 per month, and AskAhead may close Founding-rate availability to new providers at any time. Demos, owned tests, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, and payments reversed before launch are not eligible for a public Founding rate.
A recoverable payment failure on the original subscription does not by itself remove the Founding rate. After a subscription is fully cancelled or expires, a later reactivation uses the then-current provider price. A Founding rate is tied to the original subscription and is not transferable or reissued.
Except for the Founding-rate commitment above, AskAhead may change a recurring provider price prospectively with at least 30 days' notice. An increase takes effect on the first renewal after that notice period, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Applicable taxes and separately approved custom work are not part of the locked Founding monthly rate.
- Cancel any time through the billing portal or AskAhead support; access continues through the paid billing period.
- Completed billing periods are not prorated or refunded, except for billing errors or where required by law. AskAhead does not promise a refund based on request or booking volume.
- A failed or expired payment may pause the public profile and new quote requests until billing is resolved.
Included updates and larger work
The provider plan includes reasonable routine updates to the existing page, such as correcting business details, services, packages, prices, service areas, links, hours, and replacing a modest number of photos.
Rebranding, logo creation, major redesigns or copy rewrites, new integrations, new service-category request experiences, and bulk media work are not routine updates. AskAhead will explain what is included and the price, then obtain your approval before beginning paid custom work.
Eligibility, suspension, and termination
AskAhead may decline onboarding or renewal, or limit, hide, suspend, or terminate a provider account or profile, for lawful, non-discriminatory business, safety, or operational reasons, including capacity or product-fit limits, nonpayment, fraud, security concerns, unlawful conduct, misuse of customer information, abusive activity, or material violations of these terms. Action may be immediate when needed to protect people, data, rights, or the service; otherwise we will provide reasonable notice and a support path when practical.
You may stop using AskAhead at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not reverse charges already earned, except where required by law. If AskAhead ends a paid plan without provider breach, we will refund the unused prorated portion of prepaid subscription fees.
When service ends, the public profile and new requests may be disabled. Data is handled under the Privacy Policy, and accrued payment obligations plus provisions concerning ownership, content rights, indemnity, liability, and disputes survive as needed to give them effect.
Service changes and events outside our control
AskAhead may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features and may rely on third-party services. No particular feature or integration is guaranteed indefinitely. We will give reasonable notice of a material reduction when practical; if AskAhead discontinues the core paid service, you may cancel and receive the unused prorated portion of prepaid subscription fees.
AskAhead is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as internet or infrastructure outages, third-party platform failures, natural events, government action, labor disruption, or cyberattacks, provided AskAhead uses reasonable efforts to restore the service.
Content license
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant AskAhead a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, resize, and display that content only as needed to build, operate, secure, and let you share your AskAhead profile and quote experience. You confirm that you have permission for recognizable people, customer vehicles or property, license plates, third-party marks, and other protected material shown in content you provide.
AskAhead will not use provider media in unrelated advertisements, testimonials, or case studies without separate permission. You may request removal subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and backup retention needs.
Disclaimers and liability
AskAhead is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, customer conduct, uninterrupted service, or the accuracy of information supplied by customers or third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskAhead is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. AskAhead's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid to AskAhead during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable law may provide additional rights.
Provider indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lopez Digital LLC and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your services, customer dealings, supplied content or information, or violation of law or these terms, except to the extent caused by AskAhead's gross negligence or willful misconduct. AskAhead will provide reasonable notice and cooperation, and you may not settle a claim in a way that imposes liability or an admission on AskAhead without written consent.
Changes and governing law
If these terms materially change, AskAhead will provide notice and request renewed acceptance when appropriate. The version accepted at checkout remains recorded with that transaction.
These terms, the accepted checkout offer, and any separately approved custom-work details are the entire agreement for the provider service. You may not assign the account or agreement without AskAhead's written consent; AskAhead may assign them with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver, and an unenforceable term will be narrowed as needed while the rest remain effective. Notices may be sent to the account email or through the service.
These terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
